I'm Mycol. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work behind some pretty special bars, win a few cocktail comps, and travel through places that taught me a lot, from sake breweries in Japan, mezcal cantinas in Mexico, and small distilleries tucked away in Tasmania.

Now, it feels like the right time to bring something meaningful to life here in Burleigh. Our goal? Bring the world best bars title right to you.

We're working on a new spot in Burleigh Heads: a cocktail bar built around great drinks, warm hospitality, and the kind of atmosphere you want to settle into.

We’re cooking up something special with the team at Behind Bars Agency. The goal isn’t just to serve you a drink, but to take you to a place where competition-level cocktails meet a flavour journey built around curiosity and craft. Expect a bar-lab experience where every ingredient has a purpose and every sip tells a story.
